Application Acceptance Procedures
New
applications must include:
1. Payment for
book/supply fee. Checks will not be deposited until the child has
been accepted. At that time the money is non-refundable.
2. Current &
complete Immunization record
3. Transcript
(grades 1-8) Latest report card, standardized test scores and any
other pertinent assessments.
4. Once all of
your documentation has been submitted, you will be contacted to set
up an admission interview with the Principal.

applications will be mailed in February of 2004, due March 31, 2004.

the application for completed information, especially:
1. The program(s)
they will need (if summer is not marked, make sure
they understand that it is a separate program)
2. Emergency
numbers and release information with phone numbers
3. Referral
information
